The individuals apprehended are identified as Jitendra Rathore, Ravi Rathore, Manish Kumar, and Devkishore.

The complainant informed law enforcement authorities that she had been subjected to threats by an individual who had created a compromising video featuring her.

Additionally, they coerced her into consuming alcoholic beverages and inflicted harm by forcefully shattering a glass bottle upon her head. The police arranged for her to undergo a medical examination to assess her well-being.

Agra, it has been reported by the police that a 25-year-old woman was subjected to an alleged incident of gang rape and assault at a homestay on Saturday. A total of six individuals, including one female, were apprehended in connection with the incident mentioned above. The incident occurred at the homestay where she was previously employed.

The victim is scheduled to undergo a comprehensive medical examination, and appropriate legal measures are being pursued. The individual in question has been employed at the homestay establishment for one and a half years. A distress call was received from the individual in question on Saturday at approximately midnight, who audibly expressed distress. We promptly proceeded to the homestay and initiated appropriate measures against the individual.

There are circulating videos depicting an incident wherein a woman is being forcibly taken into a room by a male individual while she vocalizes her plea for assistance.

There have been reports indicating that she was subjected to an assault perpetrated by a group of individuals who inflicted harm upon her using beer bottles. In the video, an individual was observed forcibly moving another person into a room while the latter vocalized pleas for assistance.

The authorities received a phone call from the individual who had been victimized during the late hours of Saturday evening. They promptly proceeded to the homestay and addressed the individual accountable for the situation. Archana Singh, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) for Sadar, has informed PTI that four men and one woman have been apprehended subsequent to the incident.

According to the PTI report, Mohit Sharma, the officer in charge of the Basai police, stated that the victim is approximately 25 years old and is employed at the homestay. She provided a detailed account of the incident in which she was sexually assaulted and informed us that the perpetrator had physically attacked her. In addition, they had also caused harm by breaking a glass bottle on her head.

According to his statement, she was compelled to consume alcoholic beverages. A case has been filed under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which include 376 (rape), 307 (attempt to commit murder), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and other pertinent sections.

Furthermore, it is essential to note that sections 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act have been invoked about this particular matter.
