Ruger debuts his Afro-dancehall vibe in the song “Bounce,” which has become a fan favorite since his first EP’s release.

Ruger’s latest effort, the ‘Pandemic’ EP, contains six tracks in all, including the KukBeat-produced single ‘Bounce.’

Ruger, 21, states on the eponymous first track from his first EP, “Man ah spitfire to da mic from day one.”

It’s a statement that’s mostly come true for the Nigerian, who’s gone from singing in church and posting freestyles on Instagram to getting a record contract with D’Prince (owner of the Jonzing World management group) (born Michael Adebayo).
