John Felix Anthony Cena professionally known as John Cena is a former rapper and currently signed into WWE as a wrestler.
The ‘You can’t see me’ crooner tutored on how to solve problems of Moody or sad morning via his Twitter handle and revealed that one should meditate for about 5 minutes in the morning.
John also gushed that meditating for five minutes may not solve one’s mood problems but might help one balance one’s mood throughout the day by saying…
“Those mornings that begin with continuous problems, stop. Take 5 minutes and reflect on the good in life. It might not solve the problems but it might help balance your mood which can help you and all around you throughout the day.”
