Air Peace Airline has been sued for allegedly abusive misconduct

Nigerian Lawyer, Esquire, International Attorney and facilitator, Emeka Ugwuonye has sued Air peace Airlines for allegedly abusive misconduct, delay, and misplacement of luggage.

Air Peace Airlines is one of the local Airports in Nigeria located In GRA Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.

According to a verified Twitter user who is also a Journalist and a writer by the name Fisayo Soyombo, the lawyer whom Air peace Airways had previously abused and treated his wife unfairly in the past explained his reason to FIJ News Media for suing the Airline.

The man said that yesterday, after a court hearing in Abuja, he was billed to fly back to Lagos. He had a 4:25 pm Air Peace flight. But he got to the Airport by 2 pm. At the check-in counter, he was told that his flight had been rescheduled for 8:10 pm. And that he wondered why no message was sent to inform him.

In this event, he had to wait at the lounge for the 8:10 pm flight. And that he had to cancel his meeting at Lagos.

He also went further to explain that his 4: 25 pm flight took off by 11: 25pm but reaching Lagos at 3: 00 am, he couldn’t locate his luggage but calling Air peace, he was told that his luggage was in the previous flight before his flight.
