“I would never support polygamy” – Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo debunks supporting her colleague, actor, Yul Edochie apropos his polygamy saga

Nollywood actress cum filmmaker, Uche Ogbodo has debunked supporting her colleague, Yul Edochie apropos Polygamy saga as she supported the actor’s first wife, May Yul Edochie.

The mother of one made this clarification after she was accused of taking sides with her colleague, Yul Edochie, and his second wife, Judy Austin.

The actress ended up on the receiving end of criticism for complimenting Judy after Yul Edochie announced he had taken her as a second wife and that they have a son together.

Reacting to these accusations, Uche took to her verified Instagram account and unleashed that the actor was wrong.

In her words, she wrote:

“NO WOMAN DESERVES TO GO THROUGH WHAT MAY AND HER CHILDREN MIGHT BE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW. MAY IS AN AMAZING WOMAN, I LOVE AND RESPECT HER.

SO IN ACTUAL SENSE, I AM WITH MAY WITH ALL MY HEART ….. and not what the Lots of you actually think because of my comment on Judy’s Posts . I was only Catching Cruise with my Haters ! #istandwithmayedochie #periodt”

There has been a lot of controversy over my comments on Yul Edochie’s second wife post on the Day the news broke out!

i just want to say I Uche Ogbodo would never ever support polygamy, I don’t appreciate it, and would never indulge directly in it.

That is because of all the pain it brings to all the parties involved.”
