Popular Nollywood actor cum comedian, Ayo Makun, professionally known as AY has confessed to his alleged fracas with his colleague, Basketmouth.
During an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session the ‘Mery Men’ crooner organized vis his Instagram page, he claimed that he debunked having a feud with Basketmouth.
AY also claimed that his colleague had an “uncontrollable superiority complex.” apropos their comedy profession.
Recall that in August last year, Bright Okpocha, better known as Basketmouth, had spoken about his beef with AY Makun, as he stated that the latter “messed around with loyalty.”
However, AY had noted that he had to avoid Basketmouth’s “incessant childishness”, as such became necessary for his sanity.
The filmmaker gave these explanations when a fan asked him saying
“@aycomedian, do you really have any issues with Basketmouth?”
In response, AY said,
“I don’t have issues with him. But people having unnecessary issues with you is the price you sometimes pay for being progressive.
He has been battling with his uncontrollable SUPERIORITY COMPLEX for the longest. So avoiding his incessant childishness only became necessary for my own sanity.”
