Ace Nollywood stars seek financial support for actress, Kemi Afolabi’s illness

Nollywood Actresses, Toyin Abraham, and Mercy Aigbe have turned to the public to seek financial support to treat their friend, Kemi Afolabi who was reportedly had 5 years to live.

Trendyhiphop reported that actress, Kemi Afolabi cried out in an interview with Chude Jideonwo gushing that her doctor revealed she has five years to live after diagnosing with Lupus.

Kemi’s colleagues, Mercy and Toyin took to their Instagram handle to solicit support for Afolabi, announcing that a Gofundme account had been opened to support her treatment.

However, Afolabi revealed that she spent N1.2 million on medications weekly to manage the illness, adding that she had sold her cars, property, and business to afford the treatment.

The mother of one added that she had received support from colleagues including Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, and Mercy Aigbe.

Posting a video of the interview, Abraham called on her fans to support Afolabi with their donations by saying…
