For allegedly cheating on him, a Nigerian soldier shoots and stabs his lover to death.

Jay Matol, a Nigerian soldier, is accused of murdering his lover over a rumored cheating scandal.

This came when the family and friends of the deceased discovered the helpless body of a University of Delta 200-level student who had been massacred horribly in her department by her boyfriend.

Jay was said to have discovered that his girlfriend had cheated on him and then he raped, shot, and stabbed her severely.

Jennifer Ugadu’s body was determined to have been riddled with stabs and bullets inflicted by his boyfriend’s grief.

He also hacked into her departmental WhatsApp group chart and accessed it to announce that he had murdered her and would most likely commit suicide as well.

In his words, he said:

“I don kill am… I will kill myself.”

We have yet to receive any additional information regarding the tragedy as the authorities are still investigating the incident.
